Using copyrighted media can be bad. If you don't know what "public domain" is reffering to, it's media with expired copyrights. This is the general link to the site, archive.org. In it you can find music, moving images of all kinds and even books.

There are hundreds of thousands of pieces of media to download on this site. Check out the Prelinger Archives--a great (if not the best) source of old newsreels and Ephemeral Films (stuff like "Duck and Cover" and "Are You Popular?") And they're all free. There are even features like "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" and "Night of the Living Dead." You don't need to sign up, there's no password.

Books-Yibiao Huang

funny books

They are more like art works than books. I'm afraid on one is gonna read them because

people will have to be really careful not to ruin them.....any way, it was a fun trip.

Artist book show review-Nat Paosong

I really enjoyed the exhibition. There are many different artist books type and design in the gallery. Most of them are very creative; however some of them are a little hard to understand the message behind the art piece but overall I think the show was very nice and gave me a lot of inspirations. One of my favorite piece was "The Guatemala stories" by Laura Blacklow. It was made by vandyke brown print on rag paper. This book is an antique style of brief histories from 1954-2007. The piece poetry many interesting images from time to time in Guatemala. With an ole looking style and the content inside the book. It is my favorite book in the gallery.
